Tina – The Power of Body Recomposition
Same weight. Different body. A transformation that looks like surgery — but came from strength.
Tina, a 37-year-old interior designer, had been overweight for most of her childhood. Eventually, she managed to lose a lot of weight — but not in the healthiest way. The quick fixes left her with saggy skin, a body that didn’t reflect her hard work, and a lingering struggle with emotional eating.
When Tina came to me, she didn’t need another diet. She needed a new approach. That’s where body recomposition came in — a method that focuses not just on losing fat, but also on building muscle at the same time.
Her transformation is so striking that many people believe she had major surgery. But the truth is, Tina achieved her results through discipline, strength training, and structured nutrition. She trained five times per week with weights and added two active cardio sessions to boost her endurance.
On the nutrition side, we did the opposite of what she had always been told. No restrictive diets. No endless deficits. Instead, she ate mostly at maintenance calories — sometimes even at a surplus — to fuel muscle growth while fat melted away.
The scale never moved: in both her “before” and “after” pictures, Tina weighed 65 kilos. But the difference in her body — tight, toned, and strong — is almost unbelievable.
We also tackled the emotional side of her journey. Through daily habits, mindset shifts, and personalized tools, Tina finally broke the cycle of emotional eating that had followed her for years.
Today, Tina doesn’t just look like a new person — she feels like one. Her story proves that transformation isn’t always about losing weight. Sometimes, it’s about building strength, rebuilding confidence, and rewriting the story your body tells.
