One of the most important exercises for building strength since it involves working all your muscles from head to toe. 

👇🏻 To perform a deadlift correctly 👇🏻

✅ Place feet below the barbell shoulder width.
✅ Pull the hips down & place hands outside the knees.
✅ Shoulder blades retracted & over the barbell.
✅ Back straight.
✅ Neck neutral.
✅ Breathe & brace the core.
✅ Pull by locking the hips & knees together.
