A fellow Interior designer graduate that pursued her career in sports and nutrition, she decided to leave everything behind and follow her dreams. YES ! i left it all for a dream that no one saw except for me.
14 years of working out, 10 years of learning how to eat & 7 years of developing habits and skills. Background in Boxing, Powerlifting & Bodybuilding. I tried all kinds of sports as a kid and competed in many events, it’s not wrong to try different things until you find exactly what you’re looking for, the most important thing is that everyone starts somewhere so don't be afraid to jump and start wherever you are, because if you don’t you’re just going to be another brick in the wall and here at StrongerWithNatasha we don’t do another brick in the wall.

I, myself, I’m a dreamer and I made it my life’s mission to change people’s lives through sports…
Why ? Should you feel the need to ask, that’s because I changed my life through sports and I want to show you what you’re missing out on.
I had absolutely no help, no guidance throughout my journey because I had no money to pay anyone to help me, so I made my way by reading, researching, experiencing on myself, getting injured and fixing my injuries. I learned what it takes alone.. until I had enough money to pursue a degree in Personal Training & Sports Nutrition. I am now specialized in Sports Nutrition, Strength Training and Fat Loss.
The dream kept on growing and we are now a team of professionals and our only mission is to CHANGE YOUR LIFE.
We Want to Help you become the best version of yourself, beat the old you and let a new you be born. It's not easy and its going to require a lot of pushing but we are here to help you through it all. YOUR success is most definitely OUR success.

If you’re asking “ do i need years to change my body? “ Well, my answer would be “it depends on your goal”.
What do you want? How fast? Do you have an end target or you’re just looking to be fitter? Each question has a different answer, and if you’re wondering if you can change your body in 8 to 12 weeks, YES you can but then again it depends on your fitness level, your genetics, your body type and how well it responds to a certain program.
Anything is possible if you put your mind and your work into it and i am here to help you achieve it.
