The main goal here is to adjust the plans according to your life routine, we take into consideration your past habits, your job, what time you wake up what time you sleep and then we create a plan that will leave you comfortable in your daily routine.
A customized meal plan depending on your goals and timeline. The more time you have the more we can be flexible in the plan, meaning if you’re foodie you’ve come to the right place you will be eating mozzarella cheese , chocolate, peanut butter , pizza, burgers .. WHILE BUILDING THE BODY OF YOUR DREAMS. Or we chose another road where the plan is harder and more difficult it depends on your lifestyle , your goals & how fast do u want to make things happen
Daily Follow Up and 24/7 Whatsapp Reach, We track your Plan (Meals & Workouts) wherever you are, whether you’re at home or going out, even if you are traveling.
Online Interface where you share your thoughts throughout the week, your workout progress including weight, reps & sets, as well as your food log noting every meal you take and run a full scan on everything in our check in’s. We get notified whenever you add new info on your sheets.
Weekly check in’s (once a week) what’s that mean? Weight, measurements & progress photos fasted , followed by a discussion about your week and modifications to your plan depending on progress.
Weekly conference call to discuss your wins for this week and your losses, how to overcome them, how to shift your mindset, how to push when you’re tired.
